How do I shop here?
Shopping at our site is easy. Due to fraudulent order attempts on our site we not longer have online ordering so you will need to simply call us at 800-294-6070 or (615) 599-8292 internationally.

International and Overseas Orders
123-satellite-phone.com does not accept international orders via credit card. To order internationally, you will need to call (615) 599-8292. We will email you the wire transfer instructions for payment. Shipment will not be made until payment has been made.
Shipping charged calculated online are based on U.S. Domestic rates. If you need an International order we will email you with the shipping rate quote. You will have 5 business days to respond to the quote stating that you agree with the charges and would like us to ship the item. If you do not respond within this time frame we will cancel your order.
Overseas orders are shipped via Federal Express, U.P.S., or D.H.L.. We will search these to give you the best rate. Shipping & handling charges do NOT include any VAT/GST taxes or customs duties. Customer is completely responsible for these.
***NOTE: We do not ship orders to Nigeria.

What if I want faster delivery?
The shipping calculated on the site is for standard U.S. Domestic service only such as UPS Ground. If you need faster delivery you will need to call us at (800) 294-6070 and we will arrange it for you.

What is your lowest price guarantee?
123-satellite-phone.com offers the lowest prices guaranteed. If you find another store offering the same or lower price than us, we will be it. Please note that these prices must be published and advertised prices not special quotes. You must contact 123-satellite-phone.com with the competitors lower price before you place your order with us. No discounts will be given after you have ordered.

Ordering without a credit card
You can still order if you do not have a credit card. Simply fill your shopping cart with the items you want, click the "Purchase These Items" link in your shopping cart and print that page. You can then send the check payable to Online Satellite Communications to:

Back Orders
If a product that you are ordering is on back order we have a first order, first shipped policy. You may cancel your order at any time before shipment. Once the order has been shipped it cannot be canceled.

How do I cancel my order?
To cancel your order please email sales@123-satellite-phone.com with your order details or call us at (800) 294-6070 or (615) 599-8292 internationally. We will need your information, including order number and the exact date your order was placed, so we can check our database. Once your order has been shipped you cannot cancel your order and will have to go the route or getting an Return Authorization # to the item.

Returning unwanted or damaged merchandise
If you decide you do not want an item you must ship the item back to us within 30 days. 123-satellite-phone.com will not accept returns on orders over 30 days or on orders that have been opened. There will be a 25% restock fee for all unwanted items. Your credit card will be credited 75% of the item price. We do not refund shipping costs.
However if you receive items that are damaged you will need to Contact Customer Service to receive an RA# from them. We will not accept returns without an RA#.

How do I get tech support on my product?
First you will need to read your owners manual to search for the answers. If you do not then simply contact us using our Customer Service Form with your questions and the product(s) you have and we will help you from there.
