The rugged aluminium casing makes the unit suitable for use
in the toughest conditions - in all-terrain vehicles, boats and
planes - or exposed to extremes of climate and temperature. It
can be used as a fixed or semi-permanent installation, mounted
on a vehicle dashboard, hidden under a seat or stored below deck
on a boat. Using either the handset or Nera's PC interface, you
can phone as well as send and receive faxes, data, scanned images
